Sub-Saharan African citizens with a first degree, studying at a university in their home country (In-Country) or another Sub-Saharan African country (In-Region). Women and less-privileged applicants especially encouraged.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree relevant to the chosen Master's · apply directly to the host African university's DAAD-linked programme · no IELTS required for most programmes.

Full sponsorship: tuition, stipend up to roughly €8,900/year, health insurance, and a research/study allowance — without needing to relocate to Germany.
